I am a career changer and trainee journalist, having recently started the Broadcast Journalism MA at City, University of London.

 

Prior to moving into journalism, I spent more than five years working in marketing, sales, digital growth and transformation. I have previously worked for the London Stock Exchange Group and the European Parliament.

Alongside my masters, I am the Sports Editor at Riverside Radio, a community local radio station. As part of the role, I am responsible for building relationships with South West London teams and sportspeople. I also present and produce weekly radio shows focused on telling stories that matter to the local community. 

 

I am also multilingual. In addition to being fluent in English and Romanian, I have various levels of fluency in Spanish (advanced), French (pre-intermediate), and Russian (beginner).

 

Prior to starting my career, I graduated with a First-Class degree in Film Studies and Economics from the University of Liverpool, where I also presented and produced a weekly radio show for the Liverpool Student Radio.​
